29'er vs. 26 inch

Recently I rode my new 29'er Single Speed rigid, 1st time on dirt. I'm short. Forget what you have heard. I'm sold. At first I felt higher, that went away in 2 minutes. I didn't notice any sluggishness or handling issues. By my watch was as fast or faster than last year lap time. Flying!! I absolutly noticed bigger wheel over obstacles. Rocks & obstacles are barely there, total rule. Yeah I had to incline the bike or my body a bit, something, whatever yet I swear...I adjusted w/o thinking about it. I love 29'er!!!! Given my strengths & pref., my FS will be a 29'er next year too. That's all I have 2 say.
