I can't stand the trainer. Haven't been on one more than 1 minute. Duncan gave me a hard time, so I set it up for him per request. When he's done with homework, and band stuff, he pedals and zones out on TV. So far three times. Kids got it good don't ya think?

I haven't got into my trainer yet either.
I did do a Cylo-Core workout tonight. You better get busy on that core.

Used the studs tonight after work, OUTSIDE. I'd rather ride than gym or core work, never done any of that indoor stuff yet. Yeah yeah yeah, 2007 for sure.
